Bad Boys Bail Bonds

At Bad Boys Bail Bonds, we started our bail bonding services in 2010. With years of experience, we’re able to assist you in making bail and getting out of jail before your appointed court date.

We’re a nondiscriminatory business catering to any age, race, and gender — solely dedicated to helping you, your friends, or family make their bail.

The Bonding Process

If this is your first experience with a bail bonds service, you might be unfamiliar with what to expect next.

Below is some information on the bail bonding process.

  • We are contacted by either the client in jail, or by friends or family outside of the jail.

  • Cosigners will meet us at the jail or at our office.

  • The magistrate will issue a bond amount.

  • The client in jail will go through an exit process, which includes being fingerprinted and photographed. Once this is complete, they are able to bail out of jail.

  • The cost of a bail bond is a non-refundable 10% of the issued bail. This 10% payment is due to us at the completion of the striking of the bond.

  • From this point on, we are responsible for the client and their appearance in court on the appointed date, until they are sentenced or put on probation. If the client misses their court date, we have 180 days to return the fugitive to Rutherford County Jail or face the penalty of paying 100% of their bond.
